Yes, there are on-demand recordings of all Keynote and Strategy sessions with captioning options for English and Korean, as well as live Japanese translation. Visit the SKO 2023 page on IATV to view all on-demand recordings.
There are no SKO breakout sessions this year; however, you’ll need to enroll in enablement sessions either through University or The Academy for CBC.
UNIVERSITY: Enablement for Management, Sales, Solution Consulting, and Services Sales will be delivered through Q1 University.
Q1 University enrollment took place December 5-9. Your University catalog will provide the content you need to start the year strong. Enrolling in University and designing your Q1 training plan are paramount to your success. Participating roles will receive an enrollment email and reminders.

THE ACADEMY ON CBC: If you are in a Sales Management, SMB or Mid-Market sales role or Channel Account Manager, your Q1 enablement will be delivered through The Academy on CBC.
Invitations were sent to RTM to self-enroll and complete two eLearning courses that you’ll have until the end of January to complete in full. In addition, during the week of December 13, you had the opportunity to attend virtual, instructor lead training aligned to your role. Sales managers will be invited to join a tailored set of live working sessions during this period – stay tuned for more details and your chance to register.
