Enablement

Enablement is paramount to your Q1 success. There will be no SKO breakout sessions. Depending on your role, you will engage with your enablement through University or Consumer and Business Connection.

 

University

Q1 Enablement for Management, Sales, Solution Consulting, and Services Sales will be delivered through University. 

Visit your My University Dashboard to access your training and track your progress. Stay on track to complete your training by March 3. 

Key Dates:

  • Dec 12 - Mar 3: Live sessions and on-demand courses, including the following GTM sessions.

  • Jan 9-13: DX GTM Strategy Deep Dives: Portfolio Plays, Industry Strategy & Solution Category

  • Jan 10-11: DMe GTM Sales Play Strategy: Document Cloud & Creative Cloud

My University Dashboard

ICs in Customer Success will join University in Q2. Your Q1 enablement will be communicated and delivered as always.

 

Consumer and Business Connection

If you are in a Sales Management, SMB or Mid-Market sales role or Channel Account Manager your Q1 enablement will be delivered through The Academy on CBC.

Key Dates:

  • Week of Dec 5: Participating sales roles will attend virtual instructor lead training & begin assigned eLearning

  • Week of Dec 12: Participating manager roles will attend virtual instructor lead training
